Mark was an incredible guy. He was funny, caring, committed, passionate, and he knew who he was. I was proud to call him my friend over the last 3 years. Mark and I spent a lot of time together traveling and he was always interested in YOU and having a spirited conversation about family, religion and politics. He talked about his Son a lot. He was so proud of him. Mark made me laugh every time we talked. He would jokingly challenge my decisions to make sure I was following the rules. Which I hardly ever did. LOL. Mark made me a better person!! He will be missed!!!!

I first met Mark doing an inventory for Ollie's way before I came to work there. Every inventory he'd say you ready for a smoke. Then about 3 years ago he told me at an inventory that if I ever wanted to leave the inventory job send him my info. Well I did and I am still there. I just found out that he and I also shared a birthday although I am a year older. I am really going to miss him.

Matthew, Dorothy and Larry; our family was devastated to hear of your loss. Our hearts ache with you and for you. May it bring you comfort to know that Mark always took time out for our family. Over the years we’ve enjoyed BBQ’s together, he’s helped us with electrical jobs, and never missed our kids big events (graduations and showers), he could always be counted on to be there, and for a good laugh; and we appreciated him so much for it. We are so thankful for the time we had with him, and we pray that your own fond memories ease your pain during such a difficult time. Stay in touch With deepest condolences, ~Gary and Nicole Geilow

I've worked with Mark for many years. He was always great to just sit down and talk/debate. He was an amazing person and our store will miss him dearly.
